On March 21, 2024, I successfully managed the "Multiple Possibilities of Blended Learning" event at TU Dublin's Grangegorman Campus. This event was designed to bring educators together to explore the transformative potential of blended learning — a blend of traditional teaching and modern digital tools.
Key Stats:
Venue: TU Dublin - Central Quad, Room CQ-006
Attendance: 30 educators from diverse institutions in Ireland.
Engagement: Interactive sessions, talks, and collaborative discussions.

Catering service ordered from Kennedy's.
Venue Management: Coordinated with the venue team to book Room CQ-006 and ensured proper setup, including tables for catering and registration via Sodexo’s Helpdesk.
Risk Assessment: Completed and submitted the required risk assessment form well in advance.
Catering Coordination: Arranged catering with Kennedy’s Food Store, ensuring top-quality refreshments for attendees.
Ticketing and Registration: Created the event page on Eventbrite using shared credentials, enabling smooth ticket generation and attendee management.
Email Marketing:
Compiled a comprehensive invite list of educators.
Designed and distributed the email invitation with clear CTAs.
Promoted the event through social media platforms.
